Before login into your account, click on reset password and follow the steps to reset your password.

Once your logged into your account, navigate to withdraw funds and fill in the neccesarry details to enable withdraw your funds.

Go to your profile and click on link account, and fill in the neccesarry details to link your bank account.

Once your registration is successfull, a confirm email address mail will be sent to the email you use in registering, follow the link to confirm your account.

You receive money directly to your bank account.

Login into your account and navigate to payments History section, there, you'll find all your payment History.

Once a refund is initiated in your account, it take 2-3 business Working days for the refund to be made, if after 2-3 business days, it hasn't been refund, Do well to Contact Us.

You can request/send an invoice through your payments section, navigate to where you see request/send and follow the steps involed.

If you forgot your password, please do well to reset your password. Thanks.

To close your account, please navigate to settings, at the bottom, you'll see close account.
